12 year old sings amazing rendition of Lady Gaga's Paparazzi
Watch this - it's amazing:
Junior schoolboy Greyson Michael Chance is thought to be only 11 or 12 years old, and his rendition of the song Paparazzi by Lady Gaga is just amazing.
Greyson writes on his YouTube profile: "I am very inspired by Lady Gaga and Augustana. Lady Gaga is a freak but she has so much talent and her style of music is what I would like mine to be when im older."
People have been comparing it to Justin Bieber. Not sure if that's really a good comparison.
The video went viral like mad, and the next day he was on show Ellen, where he got to talk to Lady Gaga over the phone, and will be on the show again next Wednesday.

Time Magazine names Lady Gaga most influential artist of 2010
Time Magazine has named Lady Gaga the most influential artist of 2010.
Here's a great quote from the Time article:
People forget how young she is. She is barely 24 — much younger than I was when I became famous. It's very tough being where she is right now. People are pulling her in all different directions. It's hard to navigate that. Try to imagine what you were like at her age, if you still can. I can't wait to see how she grows and what she decides her next act will be. She only has two albums out, but already she is inspiring other artists to go further in their own work.
Lady Gaga - Alejandro
Here's a fanvid of the song Alejandro by Lady Gaga, with a slideshow of classy black and white pictures of Lady Gaga. The song is about a girl in a love triangle with three men - Alejandro, Fernando and Roberto.
As with all of Lady Gaga's songs, the backing track rocks.

Apparently the original cover was banned in the US!Lady Gaga & Beyoncé - Telephone (amazing music video!)
Lady Gaga's latest video Telephone, with Beyoncé Knowles, is utterly mindblowing. Here is the official, explicit version:
The video starts off with credits like the start of a film. Lady Gaga is led into prison, stripped of her clothes by guards, then climbs the fence like an animal while almost naked. One of the guards says "I told you she doesn't have a dick". This video is not for kids.
Cut scene - Lady Gaga walks around outside, with a mask of smoking cigarettes. One fight scene later, she's dancing around in her underwear with several other girls.
Then she's bailed out by ... Beyoncé. Driving in the Pussy Wagon from Kill Bill (apparently it really is the real Pussy Wagon form Kill Bill, and it was Quentin Tarantino's idea).
Gaga and Beyoncé then poison a man ... oh, and everyone else in the bar for good measure. Last thing you see is them driving off with the police on their tail, with the words "To be continued".
The video is filled - completely filled - with pop-culture references. MTV takes a look through them - they include:
There are also rather obvious product placements in there - Diet Coke and Virgin Mobile.
All in all, this will definitely go down as one of the most notable music videos of the year.

Lady Gaga - Dance in the Dark
Here's a fanvid of Dance in the Dark by Lady Gaga. It's a nice slideshow of different pictures, and includes lyrics as you watch it.
Dance in the Dark was one of the additional three songs on her re-released album The Fame: Monster (along with Bad Romance and Telephone). Lady Gaga sang this recently at the Brit awards.

Lady Gaga - Bad Romance (X-Factor 2009 live performance)
Here's the video of Lady Gaga's live performance on the UK show X-Factor. Yes, that really is a giant bathtub she's performing in.
To be honest, the dance moves are a little bit ... underwhelming, but the performance is still pretty good. She actually sings live, unlike so many other 'singers'. She also breaks into a random bit of acoustic piano performance in the middle.

Lady Gaga - Beautiful, Dirty, Rich (video)
Here's the video of Beautiful, Dirty, Rich by Lady Gaga. It's got one funky backing beat, and is pretty catchy. Not sure how many fake banknote they used in the music video (or are they real ones?!)
"Beautiful, Dirty, Rich" was on Lady Gaga's debut album The Fame.

Lady Gaga - Speechless (Live at the VEVO Launch Event)
This video really shows off Lady Gaga's beautiful voice (as her acoustic performances often do). Just wow. I also love the set-up too. Utterly stunning.
