Here's the video of Lady Gaga's live performance on the UK show X-Factor. Yes, that really is a giant bathtub she's performing in.

To be honest, the dance moves are a little bit ... underwhelming, but the performance is still pretty good. She actually sings live, unlike so many other 'singers'. She also breaks into a random bit of acoustic piano performance in the middle.
